The Studio table family includes the simple rectangular table available in three sizes. The Studio R table, measuring 1200x600 mm, can be combined with Studio V to allow flexible arrangements tailored to the needs of different environments. The Studio wooden table is a foundational table made entirely from renewable materials, designed by White Arkitekter/August Hugoson.
The Studio wooden table is intended for interiors where adaptability in furniture arrangements is key. With the Studio collection, form, function, and sustainability come together to create furniture designed for the future.
The entire table collection Studio has been designed with a focus on educational environments and flexible furnishing. All tables are apron-free and made entirely of wood, making the Studio table an eco-friendly choice that minimizes the impact of new production. The leg bracket, featuring a through tenon in the leg's surrounding joint, is largely made from residual materials, which not only reduces waste but also highlights the strength of the construction.
The Studio table is easy to maintain and seamlessly integrates into a circular furniture flow, promoting long-term sustainability and reducing CO2 emissions. The wooden table's construction meets the rigorous demands of school environments, especially for apron-free tables made entirely of wood. The Studio table family is certified with Möbelfakta and EPD, merging form and function to create an optimized educational environment.
The Studio wooden table is highly customizable with various tabletop finishes or colors and, when paired with the Tova-S chair, contributes to a complete interior solution. For an even more comprehensive setup, Studio can also be equipped with accessories such as electrical solutions and caster wheels, offering a tailored and functional table environment.
Tables certified with Möbelfakta and Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) are easily customisable for clients. Scandinavian timeless design, glue-free assembly, and frameless wooden construction, built for a circular furniture flow.
The tabletop core is a reshaped 21 mm environmentally certified birch plywood. The top surface is seamless, covered with sandable thick veneer (1.5 mm), HPL, Desktop Linoleum, Kayar, or customer-selected materials. The underside of the tabletop is pre-drilled and equipped with M6 threaded inserts, allowing easy attachment and removal of legs, enhancing the table’s circular properties.
The table edge shows visible birch plywood to reduce the number of material types, with a straight 12 mm edge and a 30 mm bevelled edge for a slim design. The edge radius is 2-3 mm, and the corner radius is 40 mm for a soft tactile feel.
The legs are solid wood with a tapered design towards the floor, angled at 45 degrees to the tabletop’s corners, featuring an exposed 2 mm through tenon. A nailed rubber floor protector provides stability where it contacts the floor.
The table can be disassembled with hand tools, enabling reassembly after refurbishment or part replacement while maintaining function and stability. The free clearance from the floor to the underside of the tabletop is >700 mm. The table comes with a 5 year warranty and spare parts guarantee for 10 years.
