Stay table

The Stay table, rectangular, in height 730mm, from L1950 mm up to L4800 mm. The table top has a standard width of B900 mm up to 1150 mm. Stay is a flexible meeting and conference table with an inclined trestle leg that allows for varied seating even on the short sides. The table family, designed by Ulf Linder & Kristina Lindqvist, also offers round and oval tables.

All tables included in the Stay collection are easy to customize in size, shape, and surface material/color. For longer table tops than 2400 mm, the design includes a split top.

Stay table

Stay, a wooden table with Scandinavian elegance and a playful touch, created by designers Ulf Linder & Kristina Lindqvist. With its slanted trestle legs and delicate braces, Stay combines lightness with modern stability, and allows for personal touch through the choice of color for the braces.

The smart design of the Stay collection allows for seating on the short sides, made possible by the inclined trestle leg. The outer trestle leg has two standard positions - an outer and an inner one - to customize the table according to the need for chair size and number of seats.

Product specifications & construction

Table certified with Möbelfakta and Environmental Product Declaration (EPD). Frameless wooden table with angled, turned legs on trestles, offering unrestricted seating. Glue-free assembly and designed for a circular furniture flow. A modern and minimalist design.

The tabletop core is a reworkable 24 mm environmentally certified birch plywood. The seamless top surface is covered with sandable thick veneer (1.5 mm), HPL, Desktop Linoleum, Kayar, or customer-selected materials. The underside of the tabletop is pre-drilled and prepared with M6 threaded inserts for easy assembly and disassembly of table legs, facilitating the reuse and circularity of the table.

The table edge features visible birch plywood to reduce the variety of materials used. Rounded edge radius of 7 mm, with a 35 mm bevel for a soft design. Corner radius of 35 mm for a gentle tactile feel. // oval tabletop R600.

Angled trestle legs in solid wood with slanted, turned table legs stabilized by a transverse turned stretcher, with optional positioning in two settings toward the short side. Rubber floor protectors nailed on for stability against the floor.

The trestles are assembled with plywood blocks for optimal material usage. Stabilizing angled visible metal fittings that enclose the cross stretcher, centered and attached without glue, in RAL 9003 or custom color.

Trestle blocks are mounted to the tabletop glue-free with bolts for easy assembly/disassembly into the tabletop’s pre-installed threaded inserts.

Disassemblable with hand tools, allowing for reassembly after refurbishment or part replacement, maintaining function and stability. Free clearance from the floor to the underside of the tabletop is >700 mm. The table comes with a 5-year warranty and spare parts guarantee of 10 years.
