Funghi Tondo high table

The Funghi pedestal table collection, featuring a self-locking frame for a circular furniture flow, is available in multiple configurations. The round pedestal table, Funghi Tondo, at a height of 1050 mm, comes standard with a tabletop diameter of D1500 mm. In this standard configuration, it can accommodate 6–7 SitOnMe stools hung under the tabletop.

The Funghi table model is part of a versatile family offering various heights, shapes, and sizes. This pedestal table family is designed for easy customization in both color and surface material.

Funghi Tondo high table

At a height of 1050 mm, Funghi Tondo is a stable table that supports large tabletops. Its modular frame consists of self-securing plywood panels, creating a distinctive form. This table construction makes it easy to disassemble and reassemble while maintaining functionality, supporting circularity. The frame is made entirely of wood, requiring no additional materials to achieve stability, which minimizes CO2 emissions and enables future refurbishment and upgrades.

The Funghi table family offers a variety of models with the same smart construction, including both Funghi Tondo and other designs in the collection.

For Funghi Tondo at a height of 1050 mm, the SitOnMe wooden stool is recommended. Its wood-based hanging bracket provides an integrated solution, perfect for quick meetings and effortless cleaning.

Featuring a minimalist, clean design, this apron-free wooden table is built for a circular furniture flow and includes space for hanging the SitOnMe stool under the tabletop with a wooden hanging bracket.

Tabletop Core:

The core is made from 24 mm environmentally certified birch plywood. The seamless top surface is clad with sandable thick veneer (1.5 mm), HPL, DT Linoleum, Kayar, or a custom choice. The underside is pre-drilled and fitted with threaded inserts for easy assembly and disassembly of the base, facilitating reuse and circularity of the table. The edge features an open plywood design with soft rounded milling and a 30 mm chamfer.

Frame:

Self-locking modular frame made of 18 mm turned birch plywood, completely stable without additional materials. Designed for easy disassembly, allowing the separation of materials for future circular furniture flows. The frame is also easy to reassemble, maintaining functionality when the furniture needs to be relocated to different interiors.

This table exemplifies sustainability and adaptability, merging design and functionality for a future-proof solution.
