Funghi Mèta high table

Funghi Mèta – Pedestal table in height 900/1050 mm, is a stylish and functional pedestal table with a half-moon shaped tabletop in two sizes, designed to be placed close to a wall. The higher height makes it perfect for standing meetings or flexible seating solutions, with space for 2–3 people and a well-thought-out camera angle for digital meetings. Funghi Mèta is also available in height 730 mm.

The base is designed to fit snugly against the wall, even with skirting boards. We recommend that the tabletop be attached to the wall for extra stability. A cable hatch can be integrated for smooth cable management. Funghi Mèta is part of a versatile pedestal table family available in several heights and designs for different meeting needs.

The pedestal tables in the Funghi collection have a low CO2 emission and, apart from screw bolts and ramp nuts, are made entirely of wood.

The wooden table Funghi Mèta is a stylish half-moon table with a unique construction where turned plywood sheets form a self-locking table frame. This design not only provides stability but also creates an expressive aesthetic. This wooden table has a generous tabletop and is entirely made of wood to enable reuse and support circularity.

For a complete solution, we recommend the wooden chair Tova-S, whose soft shapes complement Funghi Mèta's rounded expression. Need a practical hanging seat? Then the SitOnMe stool is a convenient option that can easily be hung under the table.

Table certified with Möbelfakta and Environmental Product Declaration (EPD).

Featuring a minimalist, clean design, this apron-free wooden table is built for a circular furniture flow and includes space for hanging the SitOnMe stool under the tabletop with a wooden hanging bracket.

Tabletop Core:

The core is made from 24 mm environmentally certified birch plywood. The seamless top surface is clad with sandable thick veneer (1.5 mm), HPL, DT Linoleum, Kayar, or a custom choice. The underside is pre-drilled and fitted with threaded inserts for easy assembly and disassembly of the base, facilitating reuse and circularity of the table. The edge features an open plywood design with soft rounded milling and a 30 mm chamfer.

Frame:

Self-locking modular frame made of 18 mm turned birch plywood, completely stable without additional materials. Designed for easy disassembly, allowing the separation of materials for future circular furniture flows. The frame is also easy to reassemble, maintaining functionality when the furniture needs to be relocated to different interiors.

This table exemplifies sustainability and adaptability, merging design and functionality for a future-proof solution.
